Our company decided already at the end of the nineties not to cut down the old vineyards whose vines dated back to 1960 and contained the history and flavor of our wine. Podere La Casa Rossa was one of the first DOC wines in Italy. So we restored the plant with great effort, replacing everything that was needed and replanting the new strains, grafting shoots that came from the latter. A conservative choice that no one chooses anymore because it is very demanding and expensive. The white wines are all produced exclusively in tuff soils and therefore very fresh due to their fragrant and fruity flavours. The red wines by our choice are strictly cultivated on soils very rich in rock, as historical tradition dictates, draining and dry, which give the wine strong flavors and solid structures to last over time.

The beautiful chromatic intensity is followed by a varied and refined bouquet. The mouth is enveloping, full bodied, with a variety of fruit and flavor that satisfies the palate with an elegant and persistent taste. A delicate floral note combined with another of mild peach precedes a dynamic , tasty and persistent drink with a delicately almond finish. Balanced and with a strong personality.

GIADAOLIVA CHARDONNAY

It ferments in the steel and matures on the lees in barriques. One lively lightly, citrusy and tropical fragrance corresponds a love softness and flavors perfectly balanced with a gentle and long finish.

AGATA DI FUOCO PASSITO TOSCANO SUPERIORE

The soft and full-bodied taste makes the finish very balanced and pleasant in total symbiosis with a high alcohol content. The harvest takes place by selecting the best bunches and preserving their integrity, for the purpose of perfect drying.
