For winemaking, we have all the most modern equipment. For whites, we seek controlled temperature fermentation, for red wines, we aim to extract bold colors and flavors in the days.
Our philosophy is deeply rooted in the past; we strive to combine new technologies with the teachings of our predecessors. We never lose sight of the normal and natural process that the grape juice undergoes in nature to become wine. We aim to let it live as much as possible and not stifle it too much in its transformation process. Therefore, we aim to enhance its natural yeasts and alter its genetic, all to achieve a products as original as possible, something that can only be found here with us and not in other bottles as often happens today. Authenticity is our goal.
